Chapter 1 - The Big Bang

Before the cosmos there was only the void. Until one moment when a great light was born, arcing out in two directions infinitely. The light split into two beams that began to collapse in on themselves. Two separate entities formed from the collapsing light; a male and female form. The female figure was clad in a deep red light while the male shone in a great blue. 

 

The forms met each other's gaze and began to spin around the void opposite one another. The pair danced throughout the void; at times close together and other times far apart. Finally the forms met again and the spinning ceased. They looked into each other's eyes and touched hands. Light and energy exploded from their touching, filling the void with countless galaxies and stars. Everywhere the light of stars danced with its neighbor. The void was alive.
